Once patients are in the Schedule, their information will be integrated with Documentation. A variety of notes can be utilized to keep track of initial evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, discharge notes, scanned image notes, and free form flex notes. Auto evaluation templates can cut the time required to enter an initial evaluation in half by pre-populating the evaluation from a standard or normal values template and then only changing the parts that are not tested or outside the normal values. The data needed from previous notes will copy forward to the new notes. Print hard copies of your reports, fax cover sheets, exercise flow sheets and more. Add charges with a simple click of the mouse. The Suggest Charges feature automatically suggests charges based off the performed treatments and then checks those charges for CCI edits automatically. Once the note is locked, the charges go straight to TheraOffice™ Accounting
