Patient Phone Notification

The TheraOffice Communication Services Patient Phone Notification integration can help to remind patients of future appointments by integrating with ReminderCall.NET to send phone calls to patients on the schedule who have future or upcoming appointments. These calls allow the patient to confirm the appointment, cancel, or re-connect to the front desk to reschedule the appointment. TheraOffice Communication Services also allows for patients who haven’t been seen who still have remaining authorized visits or prescription visits to be called to try to get them back onto the schedule for the remaining visits.

Outbound And Inbound Faxing

To go truly “paperless” – TheraOffice Communication Services enables outbound and inbound faxing directly from TheraOffice by integrating with MyFax to securely send faxes directly from TheraOffice via the Internet. Faxes are then sent to the fax machine on the receiving end. Faxes sent to the facility can be directly imported into TheraOffice via TheraOffice Communication Services where they can be sent into the patient’s chart.
