TheraOffice™ Accounting creates a streamlined process for getting claims submitted and paid as efficiently as possible. Charges are automatically generated by the Documentation module and are transmitted to Accounting with level one claim checking complete. Once in Accounting, charges will further be checked against CCI edits and diagnosis checks. TheraOffice™ is designed to clean claims before being sent to insurance carriers. Claims are compiled into batches that can be outputted into almost any type of format available to practices today such as ANSI 5010 professional, print image 1500, UB04, and other legacy forms.
Once claims are sent to carriers, the billing tools will break down the insurance claims by aging to show what is outstanding and help resubmit denied claims. With automatic payment posting (ERAs), payments can be applied in a few seconds. Remainder billing then can be sent to patients with easy to read statements to ensure proper payments.
