TheraFreedom is the mobile Pocket PC version of TheraOffice Standard for creating Daily Notes on the run. Patients can be downloaded from TheraOffice Standard to TheraFreedom allowing the Pocket PC to be completely mobile while the clinician works with a patient or at another location. Once notes are completed, the data can be quickly uploaded back into TheraOffice Standard.

• Pocket PC:
  TheraFreedom operates on a mobile Pocket PC, making daily note taking mobile and convenient. Therapists are able to take their Pocket PC’s anywhere to do their Daily Notes and upload them into TheraOffice later.
• Daily Notes:
  All customizable phrases, protocols, treatments, and related settings set in TheraOffice will also be available with TheraFreedom so that daily note taking on the Pocket PC will be just as easy as it is on a desktop or laptop.
• Treatment Protocols:
  All of the treatment protocols set in TheraOffice will be available with TheraFreedom which makes adding a treatment as simple as checking a box. Customized settings such as sets, reps, weight, etc. can be preloaded to save the time it takes to type each setting.
• Data Transfer:
  Patients downloaded into TheraFreedom will be locked in TheraOffice preventing another user from making changes to patients until they are uploaded back into TheraOffice. Patient transfer to and from TheraOffice and TheraFreedom can be done wirelessly or from the Pocket PC cradle.
• Data Entry:
  Just like TheraOffice, TheraFreedom incorporates a common phrase bank so that common phrases can be added to a daily note simply by pointing and clicking. This helps when working with a small Pocket PC screen. Final editing can always be made by using the stylus pen.
• Super Bills:
  Once a daily note has been completed, charges can be added in TheraFreedom and uploaded into TheraOffice where claim forms, patient statements, and invoices can be generated.
